Camp Joy El seeks to strengthen the spiritual lives of children and to foster healthy parent-child relationships. We have a strong emphasis on scripture memory and intentional discipleship at all levels of our organization.

Joy El is a nondenominational Christian camp nestled in the Cumberland Valley in South Central PA. Camp Joy El exists to evangelize, encourage and equip individuals for active ministry. We operate year-round and offer you the opportunity to attend summer or seasonal programs for youth or parent child. Or, you can plan your own retreat weekend or midweek family, adult, or youth retreat. Summer programs include day camps for children in grades K to 5 and overnight camps for students in grades 1 to 12. Some of the favorite activities at Camp Joy El include Go-karts, Flying Squirrel/Giant Swing, Mini-golf, Climbing Tower, swimming pool, canoeing, low ropes course and Ga-Ga balls courts. Camp Joy El is a ministry of Joy El Ministries, which also includes the Released Time Bible Program and the 4.12 Leadership Training Program for students in grades 8 to 12.
